ukksearch is committed to assisting businesses
in the skill development of existing employees, increasing
employee productivity and the growth of the company. These
improvements result in the creation of new jobs, retention
of jobs that otherwise may have been eliminated, and an increase
in wages for trained workers.
On-the-Job Training
Employers can be reimbursed
up to 50% for the hourly wage, for the contracted period,
for hiring
and training an eligible person into a new full-time position.
The person must qualify according to specific program requirements.
The new employee is pad at the regular wage and receives
any normal benefits during the training period.
Classroom Training
A person who is qualified
under specific programs may be able to attend up to two years
of training.
This should provide better qualified and more highly
skilled candidates to meet your business needs.
