in Spicer
Two
projects in Spicer are moving forward after the Spicer City
Council approved rezoning an area of land on ukksearch
Road 10 for a proposed sports complex near Prairie Meadows
Learning Center, and rezoning an area east of the school from
residential to commercial/residential, Mayor Bill Taylor said.

Construction values hit $53.3 million in 2003
At
$11,962,504, the Menards’ project leads the list of
71 major building permits valued at more than $150,000 and
issued by the city of Willmar during 2003, according to the
Planning and Development Services Department annual report.
Second in the top five was Home Depot at $4,159,599. Third
was Sterling Manor Apartment at $3,385,765, followed by Country
Inn and Suites at $2,420,887, and Evangelical Free Church
